Northern NRG's role for our customers covers the technical interconnect with local distribution utilities (FortisAlberta, EPCOR, ENMAX, ATCO), the meter-swap coordination, and the production-monitoring infrastructure that flags any panel underperformance to us — usually before the homeowner notices.
