When you fill out a quote or rep-booking form on this site, we collect the contact details and rooftop information you provide so we can prepare a design and a financing scenario for you. Server logs include IP and user-agent information for security monitoring; we do not sell or share that data.
The data you submit is sent to the advisor you chose (or, if you started a general quote, the advisor we route to you) via our internal CRM (Go High Level). It's used to prepare your design, follow up on your conversation, and — if you become a customer — manage the install and warranty.
We use Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for hosting and CDN, Go High Level for customer relationship management, and Financeit (when you apply for financing) for credit verification. Each has its own privacy policy.
Email hello@thesolar.pro any time to request a copy of the data we hold on you, or to ask us to delete it. We respond within ten business days.
